Conditions of sale applied to Omnia Skinlab customers

The sale of products on our website ("www.omniaskinlab.com") is governed by these General Conditions of Sale.

The products purchased on www.omniaskinlab.com are sold directly by Revealth srl, a company with registered office in Italy, via Bazzanese n. 32/7, 40033, Casalecchio di Reno (BO), Fiscal Code and VAT no. 03614851206.

Omnia Skinlab only sells products made directly. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on our site within each product sheet.

In the single product sheet you will find a brief description of the product, its distinctive elements and useful information such as methods of use, ingredients and any reviews.

AVAILABILITY

For each item, whether it is available in stock or not is highlighted. If the item is temporarily out of stock, you can contact us to find out when it will be available again by filling out the simple CONTACT FORM (your name and email), found in the CONTACTS section, specifying the product of interest.

CART

Once you have visited the page of the Omnia Skin Lab product you want to buy, you can add it to the cart, set the desired quantity and continue your purchases.

In the cart you will find an overview of the items you have added: in VIEW CART you can change the quantities, remove products or add new ones, returning to the SHOP.

PAYMENT

To complete the order you can click on PAYMENT from the CART icon.

Simply follow the simple instructions by adding your billing and shipping information, as well as your preferred payment method.

Don't forget to add your PROMOTIONAL CODE if you have one.

Please be sure to always check your order information before completing your purchase.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been completed, you will see confirmation on your screen. You will receive a confirmation email a few minutes later, as well as a copy of your invoice.

You do not need to be a registered user to place and order on our site.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that we currently offer international shipping only to Switzerland and to some European countries, so please see conditions at check-out. If you are interested in our products, and the shipment to your country is not active, please fill out the CONTACT FORM and we will show you the easiest and fastest way to get our products.

PAYMENTS

Making a payment on our site is simple and secure!

We accept different payment methods based on our customers' preferences.

The methods offered are:

All transactions are secure and encrypted with SSL technology and your data will under no circumstances be shared with third parties.

In case of difficulties with authentication processes such as Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode or others, we recommend that you contact the banking institution that issued your credit card directly because we have no control over the payment authentication processes and therefore do not we could give you assistance.

SHIPPING

We will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible and always FREE for a minimum order of 2 products, throughout Italy, including the islands.

For orders involving the purchase of a single product, a fixed cost of € 5.90 will be applied for shipping to Italy.

For international orders a fixed cost of € 14.90 will be always applied for shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking link so you can track the delivery of your order.

In collaboration with our trusted courier we are able to deliver approximately in 48-72 working hours (Monday to Friday - excluding holidays), from order placement. For international orders the estimate shipping time is from 6 to 9 days from order placement.

Please note that the order form requires you to enter your telephone number so that the courier can call you in the event of difficulties with delivery.

If you have special needs or requests we suggest you fill in the optional NOTES field on the order form.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We are so confident in our products that we will refund you if you are not satisfied.

Returning orders or individual items is very simple and fast.

You have 30 days to return your order, from the time the package is delivered.

You just have to fill out the CONTACT FORM specifying the order, the product being returned and indicating the reason for the return, after which we will send you all the information on the return process.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns due to obvious damage; in this case the refund will not be issued and the item will be returned.

Barring the exception above, your refund will be processed on average within 10 business days from the return date.

Please note that we can only refund the original cost of the item; shipping costs for returns or refunds will always be borne by the customer.
